Some of you may have met or spoken with Min in the past, but over the past few months, he has stepped up in a truly incredible way. It has been a beautiful thing to witness.

When Min first joined us, he had no prior experience in culinary or hospitality. But what he did have was dedication, passion, and an incredible work ethic. Over the years, he has grown into a remarkable leader and cook, proving that skill can be learned, but heart and drive are something you are born with.

That is the essence of Heirloom Fire—most of our team came to us with little or no professional culinary experience, yet they share an undying passion for cooking, creating memorable experiences, and nourishing others. These are things that cannot be taught, only felt, embraced, and lived.

Min, we are beyond grateful for you and the energy you bring to our team. This place wouldn’t be the same without you.
